Conditions of use
All content included in or made available through Liv.co.uk, such as text, graphics, logos or images, and the compilation of that content, is the property of Liv and is protected by UK and international laws.
You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content of this website without our written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation any substantial parts of the content of this website, without our express written consent.
To provide increased value to you, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. Such websites are owned and operated by third parties. We do not review or endorse such external sites or resources and are not responsible for the privacy practices or actions of such third parties or the content of such websites.

Conditions of sale
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Liv to you
1. Our contract
Your order for products is an offer to Liv to buy those product(s). When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. That e-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order – it does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you.
2. Pricing and Availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
While we try and ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot guarantee that a product you request is available. In the event that we are unable to supply the product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and you will not be charged for those products (a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products).

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon.
We make every effort to deliver goods within our estimated timescales, however delays occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. Liv shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
4. Descriptions and product information
Liv takes great care to ensure prices and content of this website, including product descriptions, photographs and ingredients, are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. All product information, including product descriptions, brand information, photographs and ingredients, is displayed on the website as provided by the manufacturer or brand authorised agent and Liv cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors.
Liv has made every effort to represent the colours of products and packaging as accurately as possible. However, accuracy of colours and colour charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us.
Liv purchases its products directly from authorised distributors, providing you with an extra guarantee of quality and assurance. Liv has not performed any independent testing to verify the accuracy of product claims or ingredient inclusions or omissions.
All clothes sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
5. Shelf life of skin care products
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from purchase for our skin care products (most of which are completely free from artificial preservatives).
You can pay for your purchases by credit/debit card or contact us and we can discuss other payment options.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. When we perform these checks, we may disclose personal information provided by you to a registered credit reference agency which may keep a record of that information. All information provided by you will be treated securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you can return it in accordance with our returns policy.
9. Allergies and intolerances advice
Some people can suffer a negative reaction to skin products, even ones that have no artificial ingredients. We strongly advise you to seek the advice of a qualified medical adviser or health professional before purchasing any skin product from us for use by a person (including yourself) who has previously suffered or experienced any reaction or intolerance to any product placed upon the skin. We shall not be held responsible for any damages, injury or illness that occurs due to an allergic reaction.
10. Limitation of liability
Liv shall not be held liable for any damages, injury or illness caused by the misuse of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read all product instructions carefully, to use the product strictly for the purpose it was designed for, and to ensure that the product is used in a safe and reasonable manner.
Liv will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before the products are dispatched, we will not charge you for the products until they are dispatched and you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Nothing in these conditions restricts your statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the products supplied.
11. Loyalty card scheme
The Liv loyalty points scheme offers points to customers for some purchases from us. Please note:
– The scheme is operated at our discretion and we reserve the right to cancel the scheme or change its terms at any time with 2 weeks advance notification to customers. Once the scheme is cancelled we will not be bound to make good any unused points held by our customers or compensate customers in any way for unused points.
– Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Products purchased with reward points may not be returned unless faulty.
– Although most products will usually be available for purchase with reward points we retain the right to withdraw certain products from the scheme or change the exchange value or amount of points available on products.
– Any decision made by Liv about the allocation or redemption of reward points is final.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
13. Are you under 18?
We sell to adults. If you are under 18 you may only use this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If you breach these Conditions of Sale and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Sale.
